I was a competitive pole vaulter from 1997-2004 ('97-'99 in Boston, '00-'01 in San Francisco, '02-'04 in Jonesboro, AR). Here are some clips. The first one is from 2003, the rest are from 2002.

I ran the 2007 L.A. Marathon with two of my friends. Our friend Michael Klaumann was nice enough to catch us at mile 23 with his camera! I feel even worse than I look.
