Lila and Jimmy Lyons perform a scene from BIRDBATH at the Artistic Killers Showcase at the Beverly Hills Playhouse.
April 2007
Lila and Jimmy Lyons perform a scene from Leonard Melfi's one-act play BIRDBATH for Camlelot Artists, the production company within the Beverly Hills Playhouse, and Camelot decides to move forward with the production.
Lila and Hunter Maats complete the episode guide for an episodic comedy loosely based on Lila's life as an MIT math nerd.
March 2007
Lila finishes the L.A. Marathon (her first marathon)! 26.2 MILES for the love of God.
November 2006
Lila travels to Lahore, Pakistan for 3 weeks to film Raven and Lenore, a feature length drama directed by Salmaan Peerzada. As part of the film, the cast performed a theatre/dance retelling of Edgar Allan Poe's 'The Tell-Tale Heart' in the World Performing Arts Festival. Cast and crew were interviewed extensively for print, television, and radio. One article is: Daily Times Pakistan Article 11/21.

Lila starts the web development company Leif and I, the name an homage to one of her favorite bands Saves the Day (a song lyric from "The Way His Collar Falls").

Lila travels to New Orleans with film partner Elizabeth Prestel and crew members Trevor Boyle and Allen Scudder and films a New Orleans/Katrina related documentary focusing on a few select residents of St. Bernard Parish. Lila and Elizabeth form the production company February Productions for this project.

Lila spots fellow MIT grad James Woods on the red carpet while working out at the Arclight 24 Hour Fitness in Hollywood, hauls ass down the stairs, and meets him after the premier of Pretty Persuasion. LILA - "Hi, I'm an actor who went to MIT." JW - "Ah, so there are TWO of us." The next day, Lila sends him a letter that went a little something like this...
